How it works

1. Order your digital pack.
2. Upload a photo of each pet after checkout (we email you the link too).
3. Pick your styles from over 100: royal portraits, watercolours, famous figures from history, Christmas and more.
4. See your portraits, usually within 1 hour. Not quite right? Use your free redo, or spin for 3, 4 or 5 free bonus styles (every spin wins). You can also change your photo.
5. Keep your favourites and download them full size. Love the others too? Keep any of them for £1.99 each.

Not sure? Full refund until you approve. Changed your mind, or none of the portraits feels right? Just reply to any of our emails before you press “Get my 5 portraits”, and we'll cancel and refund you in full. Your files are made just for you, so at that last step we'll ask you to agree that your 14-day cancellation right ends once we start making them. If a file is faulty or won't download, we'll fix it or refund you.

Your portraits are usually ready within an hour of uploading your photo, and always within 1 working day. This doesn't count the time you take to choose. Your full-size files are ready to download as soon as you approve. Nothing is posted.

8K means at least 7,680 pixels on the long side: about 45 to 59 megapixels, depending on the shape you choose (for example 5,952 × 7,936 for a portrait file, 7,680 × 7,680 for a square). That's around 200 dpi even at 100 cm, sharp enough for our biggest 70 × 100 cm canvas.
