These terms apply to all purchases from Our Best Friends ("we", "us", "our") through ourbestfriends.store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. About us

Our Best Friends is an online pet shop based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at tomasz@ourbestfriends.store

2. Your order

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order. If we can't fulfil your order (for example, if an item is out of stock), we'll let you know and give you a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery within the UK is free. We take payment when you place your order. If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatching your order.

4. Delivery

Our products are sent directly to you from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times are set out in our Delivery policy. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact us and we'll look into it.

5. Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

6. Product information

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Always supervise your pet with new products, and choose the right size using the guidance on each product page.

7. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

8. Your personal data

We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
