Free UK delivery on every order

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, and delivery is always free. No minimum spend.

How long will it take?

Our products are sent to you directly from our suppliers, so delivery takes a little longer than a typical next-day service. Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 working days of being placed. We'll email you as soon as your order is on its way.

Order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days, please email us at tomasz@ourbestfriends.store with your order number. We'll look into it and, if your parcel is lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
