  4. See your portraits, usually within 1 hour. Not quite right? You get 1 free redo of any of your first portraits, and a free bonus spin for 1, 2 or 3 extra styles (every spin wins). You can also change your photo.
  5. Choose your favourite. Only then do we print it, and you get a free 8K digital copy too.

Once you approve, we start making it just for you, so it can't be cancelled after that, unless it arrives faulty or damaged.

Yes. We paint every portrait with AI, from your photo. You see them all and choose before anything is made or printed.

How long does it take?

Your portraits are usually ready within an hour of uploading your photo, not counting the time you take to choose. Once you approve, our print partner makes your order, and it usually arrives within 5 working days of approving your portrait, tracked.

How big are the digital files?

8K means at least 7,680 pixels on the long side: about 45 to 59 megapixels, depending on the shape you choose (for example 5,952 × 7,936 for a portrait file, 7,680 × 7,680 for a square). That's around 200 dpi even at 100 cm, sharp enough for our biggest 70 × 100 cm canvas.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face fills a good part of the picture and both eyes are visible. Daylight near a window works well. If a photo is too blurry or dark, we ask you for another one.

When do I upload my photo?

Straight after checkout. We also email you the link, so you can come back to it any time.

What if I don't like the result?

You see your portraits before anything is final. Use your free redo, spin for free bonus styles, change your photo, or reply to any of our emails for a full refund any time before you approve.

Digital packs: your download link works for 30 days. With a print: 60 days. Please save your files somewhere safe.

When will my print arrive?

Our print partners print it in the UK once you approve your portrait (posters with a hanger are printed in Germany). Canvases, posters, prints, calendars and cards usually arrive within 5 working days; posters with a hanger, mugs, clothing and other gifts within 5–10. You'll get a tracking link by email.
