About this product
- Flexible width options: The dog gate adjusts from 74–80 cm without extensions, 80–87 cm with the 7 cm extension, 87–94 cm with the 14 cm extension, or 94–100 cm with both extensions, fitting doorways, hallways and stairways. Suitable for small and medium-sized dogs with shoulder heights of 25–50 cm, it provides a practical fit for everyday home use
- Automatic closing & locking: Open the pressure mount stair gate between 30° and 90° and it automatically closes and locks behind you, so you can pass through without stopping to pull the gate shut or check the latch. Open it beyond 90° and it stays fixed open, so you can move back and forth without repeatedly reopening the gate
- One-handed dual swing: The 46 cm walk-through opening and one-hand operation make passing through easier when carrying your baby, groceries or pet. The wide stair gate swings in either direction for smoother movement through busy doorways, while either lower lock can be engaged to limit opening to one side
- Easy double-locking: Two upper buttons must be pressed simultaneously to release the pet gate, creating a simple adult-friendly locking action that is difficult for children or pets to operate accidentally. Once released, the latch closes securely after each use, so you do not need to remember to lock the gate behind you
- Tool-free pressure mounting: Set up the no drill stair gate between a doorway, hallway or stairway, then tighten the four adjustment bolts until the latch-side gap is 2-3 mm for smooth operation. Note: A larger gap around the latch before installation is normal. Included screws and adhesive pads can also be used for added support
Keep pets safely out of restricted areas with this PawHut pet gate. Designed for hallways, doorways and staircases, its adjustable width fits various openings with ease. The strong metal frame is strong and stable, with a pet-safe, lead-free finish. The puppy door closes and locks automatically when left open between 30°–90°, offering extra peace of mind. With accessories included, setup is quick and simple – great for busy homes with curious pets.
